What is Jamabandi?
It is also known as the record of rights. This document contains details including cultivation, rights to land, land tenure and more. Jamabandi documents are reviewed annually for five years. If a patwari has prepared the document, officers scrutinize the document.
Step to Check Jamabandi Online at Dharitree Portal
- Step 1: Go to official Bhulekh Bhoomi Portal >>https://ilrms.assam.gov.in/.
- Step 2: At the main page below find the “View Jamabandi Copy” at Other Services section under the Jamabandi.
- Step 3: Click on “View Jamabandi Copy” and you redirect new page.
- Step 4: On this page choose your district name and then choose your tehsil, village, or town.
- Step 5: After choose all detail then fill captcha number and then click on search to check jamabandi online on the Assam Bhulekh portal.
- Step 6: Now you can see the list of the land records; choose the one from the list that you want to check, and you can also download PDF it for further needs.
Assam Bhulekh Online Process
- Visit the official website of Assam Bhulekh.
- On this home page first register on the Bhulekh portal for the certificate.
- Start registration just enter your “Email address” and Password then click on “Sign in” button.
- After click on you’ll need to complete all the details required to register such as name and email address, mobile number, etc.
- After filling all the information, click on the save button. After successful registration, the activation link will be sent to the registered mail ID. Click on it and your account will be activated.
- Now its time to login, enter your username and password. After entering the portal, select the certificate service as a certified copy of Assam Record of Rights.
- Revenue village number and name, Patta number, Daag number, Land category, area, applicant details, reason for applying for the certificate. After this, you can save all the details entered by clicking on the Save and Next button.
Process to check current status of NOC
- Go to official website of Assam Bhulekh.
- On the home page you have to click on the link of the certificate.
- Now you have to click on the link of view current status of NOC.
- After this a new page will open in front of you in which you have to enter the NOC application number and password.
- Now you have to click on the submit button.
- The current status of NOC will be on your computer screen.
Check the Mutation property on the Dharitree
To verify the Mutation property to check the Mutation property Assam Users must compose a letter on plain paper and mail it to the director for Guwahati municipal corporation. In order that the deputy commission of the area can be able to receive it. The users have to pay the sum of Rs. 100.
