Form I & XIV of Goa Land Records
In order here are the steps to easily obtain Form I & Form XIV of Goa Land Records:
- Visit the official website of the Directorate of Settlement and Land Records (DSLR) for Goa Land Records.
- Select the district or village from the list that appears.
- From the new list, carefully choose the Survey Number or Sub-Division Number of the land parcel.
- Click the “View” button. This will display the details for Form I & Form XIV of the selected land record.
- Select your preferred payment method from the options provided, such as credit card, debit card, or UPI.

Understanding Land Registration Process in Goa
Any procedure relating to the registration of land or properties in Goa is subject to Goa’s Indian Registration (Goa, Daman and Diu Amendment) Act, 1985. According to this act the transfer of ownership or deal (including the sale) of property that is immovable like land needs to be registered as official. This involves formal documents and the payment of all stamp duties due and registration costs in a timely manner.
